I think you are absolutely right! In Higherone’s case the product also speaks for itself (word of mouth of a different kind) in that the excellence of the product makes for happy users who tell others who want to use it etc etc.
One unhappy client of course sends the reaction crashing downhill just as fast if not faster though!
